About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Compliance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our auditing processes.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for recording, completing, and reporting on all audits required in your setting. You will also need to carry out physical audits, which may involve some travel.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated individual with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail. Accuracy is essential to ensure that our auditing processes are compliant.

You will be comfortable recording audits, promoting best practice to operational staff, and maintaining quality recording and reporting standards.

Main Duties
  • Carry out various audits, including vehicle audits, staff uniform audits, IPC (Infection Prevention Control) audits, medication management, and fire safety audits.
  • Record and report audit findings accurately and efficiently.
  • Promote best practices to operational staff to maintain high standards of auditing.
Requirements
  • Significant administrative experience, including initiating and maintaining office systems.
  • Excellent communication, data entry, and presentation skills.
  • Able to construct and deliver clear information/instructions to staff and service users.
  • Understanding of equality of opportunity and good working relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Salary
