Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance, repairs, and compliance teams. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that improve lives across our 750+ properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, budgeting, compliance, health and safety, and working in the residential property sector.
