Job Description

Citizens Advice BANES is committed to creating a comprehensive training program for its staff and volunteers. We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for overseeing this initiative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and training volunteers while maintaining precise records of staff and volunteer training progress.

Additionally, the incumbent will deliver and guide training programs, oversee the Advice First Aid initiative, and lead training sessions within the community. A sound understanding of the Citizens Advice service, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, is necessary for this role.

This position requires effective collaboration with diverse groups. The salary range for this position is £28,000-£30,000 per annum.
