We are seeking an experienced Academy Coach to join our team at Lifetime Training. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering apprenticeship standards and providing support, guidance, and motivation to learners in the hospitality sector.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity to play a critical role in developing the professionals of the future and shaping the changing face of the hospitality industry. You will work with learners at their place of work, often for well-known names in the hospitality sector, and deliver the apprenticeship standard. This includes providing the necessary support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve career-building qualifications.
You will also assist learners in achieving transferable skills, such as Maths and English, if needed, while managing your own admin tasks. The ideal candidate will have recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting.
