The successful candidate will use knowledge of external best practice to drive engagement, wellbeing and retention across our organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive wellbeing strategies
  • Leading on comprehensive communication plans to ensure best practices are shared and awareness of wellbeing offer is raised
  • Designing and implementing listening strategies to ensure employees have the means to give feedback

We offer a competitive annual salary of £70,000-£90,000, free meals and parking, wellbeing support and activities, career development and training, pension contribution, life assurance, and a range of other benefits.
