Commercial Development Director

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive or Manager to join our team at a leading 4* hotel in Bedfordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and generating revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets
- Bid on and win new business opportunities, both locally and globally
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and repeat business
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups
