Exciting Opportunity for a Chef Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Chef Manager to join our team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our relief team, you will be responsible for managing the high level of delivery and expectations across multiple sites in the South West.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onsite catering team and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and front of house environment.
  • Ensure the correct use of kitchen machinery and equipment, and comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
  • Complete weekly bookwork and reports, and manage stock levels and ordering.
About You:
  • You will have previous experience as a Chef Manager, with a strong background in kitchen management and leadership.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You will be flexible in your approach to working hours and environment, and required to travel as part of the role.
  • You will have a driving license and access to a vehicle, and be self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
