About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity and drive business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, and creating a highly motivated work environment.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas, and delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them.
  • Financial Management: Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
  • Business Development: Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
  • Employee Management: Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives.
  • Project Management: Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of operational procedures and financial management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the fabrication/sheetmetal industry.
