Global Head of HR Opportunity

As a seasoned HR professional, you will have a genuine opportunity to create and shape the culture and vision of the business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a collaborative people-focused strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that drives business growth and employee engagement.
  • Lead the creation and execution of people-focused initiatives that promote a culture of continuous professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Analyze and review the current HR strategy, including talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee engagement, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and implement a commercial approach to HR that balances operational needs with employee wellness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading HR across global locations, with a strong track record of coaching senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and promote a culture of continuous professional development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and review HR strategies and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
