We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Practitioner to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a key member of our CYP Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs), you will play a vital role in providing a highly specialist, multilevel psychological CBT approach to support the mental health and wellbeing of Children and Young People.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in CBT and will be responsible for leading the delivery of a NICE concordant service to individuals in the service. This will involve:
Key Responsibilities:- Providing highly specialist CBT psychological assessments and therapy to individuals in the service.
- Line managing and clinically supervising the CBT workforce to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Consulting with stakeholders, developing services, conducting research, and providing training and education as required.
