Bank Community Care Assistant

We are seeking a kind, caring, and professional Community Care Assistant to join our team on a bank basis at Bradcare Limited. The successful candidate will provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications, and accompanying clients to appointments and outings.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided
- A Full UK Driving License
- Access to a vehicle
- Flexible shifts from 06:00 to 14:30 and 15:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday
- Paid training and a block payment of £250
- Flexible hours
- Paid mileage
