About the Role

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant degree and/or substantial experience in economic development, infrastructure planning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects and programs, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent knowledge of current legislative requirements, governance, and policies related to economic growth and development.
  • A strong understanding of commercial approaches and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and shape the environment in which you operate.

Key Responsibilities

As the Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives to drive economic growth and development in the county.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Leading and managing complex projects and programs, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to support economic growth and development.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on economic growth and development issues.
