Job Title: Field Service Engineer, Medical Diagnostic Systems
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and breakdown repair of sophisticated medical and laboratory diagnostics systems utilized within pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and breakdown repair of medical and laboratory diagnostics systems
- Liaising with external customer contacts, including laboratory managers and laboratory technicians
- Providing technical support and training to customers
Requirements:
- Competent background as a field service engineer or technical support engineer
- Extensive experience working on high-value capital equipment and a qualification in electronics
- Full product training will be provided
