Senior Quantity Surveyor Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and lead all aspects of project delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on legal and contractual issues, procuring sub-contractors, and managing commercial risks.
Responsibilities:- Development of sub-contractor procurement strategies.
- Preparation of sub-contractor order documentation.
- Analysis of contractual requirements and advising on legal issues.
- Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g. quantity surveying, construction management).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT & NEC Forms of Contract).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- Annual leave entitlement: 33 days.
