CV Library is seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial efforts on our housing groundworks projects in the North West.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage commercial activities effectively.
Responsibilities- Ensure accurate forecasting and financial management of commercial activities.
- Administer subcontractor payments in a timely and compliant manner.
- Oversee Variation Account management and prepare final accounts.
