In our Environment and Water portfolio, we specialize in project, programme, and commercial management services for regulated water/wastewater clients and the Environment Agency.

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Environment and Water team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the pre-contract tender process, providing robust estimates aligned to scope and risk factors.
  • Ensure contracts are properly administered, adhering to contract requirements and responses to communications, payments, compensation events, and programme submissions.
  • Take ownership of accurate commercial reporting and proactive management of project and programme risks.
  • Cultivate NEC3 or 4 ECC main Option A, C, or E experience for project delivery, administration, and management.
  • Deliver post-contract projects, including commercial management from contract award to final account.
  • Travel to client offices in North West England and maintain NEC3 or 4 ECC accreditation as a Project Manager.
  • Possess knowledge and expertise in the water/wastewater industry sector, including the Water Industry Act 1991 and the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 section 84.
  • Have experience with pre-contract tendering on the NEC3 or 4 ECC and contract management software such as CEMAR.
