About the Role

Marmion is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team and lead the development of marketing strategies for our clients. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and a consultative approach.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Proactively lead the development of marketing strategies for clients, including potential ROI/performance improvements.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within each account, with both the business and client in mind.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including creative, performance, digital, and photographic teams, on the delivery of agreed marketing strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare progress reports for the Board, referencing position against agreed targets, forecasted work, and updates of direction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager role in an agency is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership skills, and confidence in aligning multiple teams to achieve client objectives.
  • Education: Related degree or qualification is desired but not essential.
  • Residency: UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK.
