The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leeds. The primary focus of this role is to support our Business Manager in growing the location and expanding our industrial recruitment services across the North West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to client management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch.
  • Support the Business Manager in implementing strategies to expand our presence in the North West.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Requirements
  • Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience in the industrial recruitment sector. However, we are open to candidates with recruitment experience in other sectors who are eager to transition into industrial recruitment.
  • Ambition: You will be seeking a role where you can make your own future, coupled with class-leading learning and development opportunities, and regular support and progression opportunities.

  • Full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
