Payroll Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Payroll Operations Manager to join our team at Barclays.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing payroll functions, including calculating employee pay, maintaining accurate payroll records, and preparing statutory reports.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and perks.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of payroll specialists, developing and implementing payroll processes and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll operations, including payroll processing, tax withholding, and employee record administration
- Developing and implementing payroll processes and procedures
- Leading a team of payroll specialists
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
