AV Project Manager - High End Residential Installations

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join our team at Creative Personnel. As an AV Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously, with a focus on bespoke installations and some multi-dwelling units (MDUs).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential AudioVisual Project Management, with a strong understanding of technical systems such as Crestron DM NVX, Lutron Integration, and Dali. You will also have experience with design software such as Cad/Autocad and be able to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on high-end residential installations
  • Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Designing and implementing AV systems, including bespoke cinema and IT home networks
  • Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Providing exceptional client service and communication throughout the project lifecycle
