Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-end residential AV projects simultaneously, with a focus on bespoke installations and MDUs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple high-end residential AV projects, including new build and retro-fit installations.
  • Design and implement AV systems using Crestron DM NVX, Lutron Integration, Dali, and other industry-standard technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential AV project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-end AV projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including Crestron, Lutron, and Dali.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry certifications from Cedia or Crestron.
  • Experience with CAD/AutoCAD design software.
  • Knowledge of home automation and integration systems.
