AV Project Manager - High End Residential

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join our team at Creative Personnel. As an AV Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously, with a focus on bespoke installations and some multi-dwelling units (MDUs).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential Audio Visual Project Management, with a strong understanding of high-end audio visual systems and the ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing Crestron DM NVX, Lutron Integration, and Dali systems
  • Managing bespoke cinema and IT home networks
  • Coordinating with engineers and other trades on site
  • Ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery
  • Providing exceptional client-facing service

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of schematics and wiring diagrams, as well as industry qualifications from Cedia or Crestron or related manufacturers.   • Ability to design using Cad/Autocad
