Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Project Manager to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-end residential AV projects simultaneously, with a focus on bespoke installations and multi-dwelling units.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential AV project management, with a strong background in managing complex projects, including new build and retro-fit installations. You will be working with cutting-edge audio-visual systems, and must be able to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple high-end residential AV projects simultaneously, with a focus on bespoke installations and multi-dwelling units.
  • Design and implement AV systems using Crestron DM NVX, Lutron Integration, Dali, and other industry-leading technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential AV project management.
  • Strong background in managing complex projects, including new build and retro-fit installations.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of AV systems, including Crestron DM NVX, Lutron Integration, Dali, and other industry-leading technologies.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Industry-recognized certifications, such as CEDIA or Crestron, are highly desirable.
