Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-end residential AV projects simultaneously, with a focus on bespoke installations and multi-dwelling units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple high-end residential AV projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to design and implement complex AV systems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including Crestron DM NVX, Lutron Integration, and Dali
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective time management and resource allocation
  • Conduct site visits and work with other trades to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential AV project management
  • Proven track record of delivering high-end AV projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including Crestron, Lutron, and Dali
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
