Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Coordinator to join our team at Randstad, located just outside of Paisley.

The successful candidate will have flexible full-time availability and experience working with young people who have behavioral and emotional difficulties.

To succeed in this role, you will need an associated qualification in children's work, such as SVQ 3 or HNC. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working effectively as part of a team of child support workers
  • Providing 24-hour care to vulnerable young people
  • Supporting service users with early trauma and emotional behavioral difficulties
  • Taking service users out into the community
  • Maintaining professional boundaries and working to National Care Standards

In order to be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in UK-based Residential Childcare
  • Flexibility in the roles undertaken
  • Strong communication skills
  • Registration under the PVG scheme
  • A full driving license
  • An obtained SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent

The estimated salary for this position is £22,500 per year, depending on experience.
