At Kibble, we are seeking an experienced Youth Support Professional to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with young people across various settings, including residential and community-based services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and care to vulnerable young individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships-building skills, the ability to respond effectively to challenging situations, and a deep understanding of relationship dynamics.

This is a rewarding position that requires a high level of fitness to undertake Safe Crisis Management training. If you have a passion for working with young people and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and care to young people in residential and community-based settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Collaborate effectively with external agencies to ensure seamless support for young people
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of an HNC in Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • SVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience working with young people or vulnerable individuals
  • A full driving license and willingness to drive school transport (if applicable)

Estimated Salary

We estimate the salary for this role to be in the range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
