Home and Community Support Professional

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join RAMH's team of dedicated professionals who provide support to individuals in their own homes or 24-hour supported tenancies. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recovery Support Worker to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting individuals to maintain and develop their home and community life. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, will be offered, along with access to an extensive training and development programme and other benefits such as occupational sick pay, staff counselling service, and day one death in service insurance.
You will work closely with our team to deliver a range of services, including support to individuals in their own homes and 24-hour supported tenancies. Your duties may include developing and maintaining relationships with service users, assessing their needs and creating personalised plans to support them.
