Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Youth Care Specialist to join our team at Kibble. As a key member of our residential childcare service, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people who require care and support.

In this rewarding position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met. You will work closely with other professionals, including social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote positive outcomes and well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, young people, and colleagues. A relevant qualification in social care or a related field is essential, along with experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
