Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: Ensure all customer orders are captured and processed to DHL within the expected timeframe/cut-off/lead time.
- Customer Enquiries: Prioritize and process customer enquiries via email, phone, or other communication methods to provide a best-in-class brand experience.
- Credit Released Orders: Adjust and process credit released orders to lead time and ensure timely completion before the daily cut-off.
- Team Objectives: Contribute to the evolution of team objectives and procedures by identifying areas for improvement within the role.
- KPIs: Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve Customer Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Issue Resolution: Manage issues raised within the 3PL Exceptions Report with customers and the Sales Manager.
- Logistics Partners: Liaise with DHL and the internal Logistics team to resolve stock issues and facilitate order completion.
- Non-Compliance: Investigate and dispute non-compliance charges when possible.
- Export Documentation: Prepare export documentation to facilitate the movement of goods.
