About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our fantastic team at South East. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer bookings, including processing payments and handling customer complaints.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
