Key Responsibilities:- Be the primary point of contact for the onsite client, handling external communication with customers.
- Monitor and manage an email inbox, responding to customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between the operational team and the client, ensuring effective communication and customer service.
- Support the operational team with order collation, ensuring customers receive batched orders in one.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Experience working within the luxury retail industry (warehouse or supply chain) is beneficial.
- Ability to build and maintain exceptional working relationships with customers, the client, and colleagues.
- Ability to follow processes and identify when situations deviate from normal activities.
- Maintain a friendly, calm, and professional manner, reflecting high service levels expected by the customer.
- Full 5-year checkable work history and clean DBS.
Working Hours and Salary:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 / 08:30 to 17:30. Salary up to £37,000. This is a permanent opportunity.
