Job Summary
The Administrative Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the Accounts Team and the wider office. This role will entail reviewing and processing third-party invoices, assisting with anomaly investigations, and performing day-to-day paperwork and email processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process third-party invoices, adding them to systems and batching them up for accounts payable.
- Review statements of accounts and contractor debtors reports, and assist with anomaly investigations.
- Perform day-to-day paperwork and email processing.
- Support contractor works, raising and reviewing quotes, and conducting quality control checks.
- Raise fee invoices on behalf of the department.
Requirements
- Professional and well-presented.
- Highly organized.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to manage own work flows and set out a day/week plan.
- Good communication skills.
- Some property and/or account experience would be beneficial.
