About the Role

Swift Strategic Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Oracle FLEXCUBE Banking Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking systems for clients
  • Design and develop data warehouses and analytical data models for Oracle FLEXCUBE
  • Lead the design and development of data warehouse systems
  • Prepare entity relationship diagrams and have in-depth knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE backend data models and tables
  • Have hands-on experience with RDBMS and data warehouses, such as Oracle and MS SQL
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Collaborate with offshore development and support teams for technical deliverables
  • Perform proper handover and knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking implementations
  • Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking domain knowledge on FCUBS 14.5 version and above
  • Technical knowledge of standalone OBCL, OBPM, OBTR, OBTF, FCUBS Core, ELCM
  • Migration of FLEXCUBE from lower versions to higher
  • Proficiency in core Java, Spring Boot, and PL/SQL
  • Knowledge of Oracle Banking extensibility (OBX)
  • Experience in microservices and API development
  • Hands-on expertise in deployments, backup, restore operations, and source control tools
  • Oracle Database PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional
  • Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Banking
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • 5-10 years of total experience with 3-6 years of experience in primary skills
  • Previous banking experience and knowledge of engaging with offshore development and support teams
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving, and challenging environment
  • External accreditation ITIL v3 Foundation as an added advantage
