Job Summary

Oracle is seeking a highly experienced Technical Consulting Manager to lead the delivery of FLEXCUBE solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FLEXCUBE technical and functional architecture, as well as experience in application performance optimization, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Java, WebLogic, and Middleware integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide round-the-clock FLEXCUBE-specific technical and functional services to demanding clients for complex production environments across multiple countries.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all client escalations related to technical and functional queries assigned to the managed services team.
  • Address technical and functional issues escalated from Level 2 and Level 3 production support.
  • Develop and maintain long-term valued relationships with clients, setting up and successfully managing customer expectations on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality and appropriate solutions to avoid rework, and adherence to operational policies and methodology.
  • Manage project resources, budget, and finances. Assure project delivery to approved financial targets (project margin responsibility).
  • Lead a geographically distributed team of senior consultants from Oracle and partner with third parties and customers as needed.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop team members' skills.
  • Report to the Internal Practice Director for overall performance and project delivery responsibilities in managed services projects.
  • Report to the client SVP for the customer's project, within the context of managed services project objectives and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant banking technology experience, including 5+ years of onsite consulting leadership experience facing a tier 1 bank.
  • B.Tech degree in computer science or equivalent or higher combination of education with professional experience.
  • Deep knowledge of FLEXCUBE Technical and Functional Architecture and data flow.
  • Solid experience of Application Performance optimization, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Java, WebLogic, Middleware integration using WebLogic, JMS, Tibco, and Emerging technologies such as Kafka and microservices.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all parties, including customer executives, internal cross-functional teams, and partners.
