We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls and emails, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process customer bookings, orders, and payments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide recommendations to customers for other goods and services as appropriate, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Update and maintain our internal booking system, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with customer complaints and feedback, ensuring that all issues are logged and handled in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Call Centre Manager and central management team as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
