Customer Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to resolve complaints and queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure that all customer care activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, contractors, and site managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Produce accurate and timely documentation related to customer care, including reports and updates.
  • Take ownership of updating the COINS system to ensure accuracy and efficiency in customer database management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer care or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using COINS system and other relevant software applications.
