Customer Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Care Team in the South Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care services, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, site managers, and other stakeholders to resolve complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all materials and labour required for customer care services are available prior to starting work.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Produce accurate and timely documentation related to customer care services.
  • Update the COINS system to ensure the accuracy of customer database information.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience in customer care or a related field.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
