**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a talented Graduate Chemist to join our team at Red Kite Waste, a leading hazardous waste management company.

As a Site Chemist/Graduate Chemistry role, you will play a key part in developing a career with our company. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual who enjoys working outdoors and is passionate about chemistry.

The successful candidate will have a Degree in Chemistry, Geochemistry, or Biochemistry, or be awaiting graduation within the next two months. A UK driving licence is also essential.

This role offers excellent opportunities for development and training, with the potential to progress into more senior positions as experience grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site-based testing of incoming materials for pH, flammability, and compatibility for bulking
  • Ensure goods are correctly labelled
  • Complete relevant paperwork and ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Company policies

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Birmingham area (North side)
