Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As an Educational Psychologist, you will work with schools to support the development of therapeutic environments and implement Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice.

You will provide psychological assessment, guidance for education teams, and professional development training for all staff. You will work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, and Assistant Psychologists.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's or doctoral professional qualification in Educational Psychology, be registered with the HCPC, and have experience working with people with complex SEN needs. Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and resilience are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within the schools
  • Offer guidance for education teams
  • Supervise agreed members of the clinical team
  • Communicate with families/carers and specialist agencies
  • Engage in professional development training for all staff

Benefits:
