At Pareto FM, we are seeking a highly motivated Cleaning and Support Services Professional to join our team. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning duties in accordance with the cleaning specification and schedules daily. Ensuring health and safety of yourself and colleagues is crucial. Maintaining a positive team spirit and achieving high standards of work are essential skills for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Cleaning washrooms, ensuring they are hygienic and well-maintained
  • Cleaning floors using various equipment and chemicals
  • Carrying out tasks as required by the contract specification and supervisor within agreed timescales
  • Dusting and tidying assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Being punctual and attending for duty as requested
  • Handling and storing chemicals and cleaning products safely
  • Achieving high standards of work with a positive team spirit
  • Developing and improving quality standards continuously
  • Meeting expectations from managers, clients, and the company
  • Responding to requests from the company or client
  • Maintaining equipment and materials properly
  • Using initiative to resolve problems where appropriate
  • Maintaining appearance and conduct in line with company expectations
