Maintenance Leadership Specialist

Maintenance Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership to the maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Oversee the planning and execution of preventive and reactive maintenance schedules to ensure minimal disruption and maximum equipment efficiency.
* Work closely with operations to drive a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact production.
