We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Specialist to support the commissioning and ongoing maintenance of a new state-of-the-art Material Recovery Facility in the Burton-on-Trent area.

Job Summary

The role involves working as part of a small maintenance team, supporting the installation, testing, and repair of equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
  • Identify and report any equipment or system faults to the maintenance manager
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and optimize plant performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
