We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at FNP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify new business wins and drive revenue growth.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. You will be working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to develop annual business plans and identify opportunities across the different stages of the funnel.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process from prospect identification through to account management. This will give you the opportunity to shape the success of our co-manufacturing business and build from the ground up what is effectively a start-up operation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the contract manufacturing/FMCG space and a proven track record of delivering effective sales strategies. You should also have an entrepreneurial and self-motivated nature that relishes the challenge of building something from the ground up and making things happen.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
