Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Corby. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Built strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform your sales approach and deliver innovative solutions to customers.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £22,385 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £30 - £40K), a range of benefits, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
