The Role:
- Team Leadership: Motivate, support, train and develop your internal sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth, identifying and capitalising on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Market & Product Knowledge: Ensure that you and your team are fully trained to offer technical expertise and advice on engineering parts to improve manufacturing operational efficiency.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 + bonus + benefits, based on the location in East Midlands (Leicester) and the level of experience required.
