Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals within the contractor payroll market. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent networking skills, software sales experience, and the ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
• Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities within the contractor payroll market.
• Build and nurture relationships through external networking and selling to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with the CRO and other internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's software solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Experience: Proven track record in software sales, ideally within contractor payroll-related industries.
• Skills: Strong networking, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
