Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Golf Associate Half Way House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality food and beverage environment for our guests, ensuring that financial targets are attained and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a consistently high level of service and hospitality to all Members and Guests at all times and in all areas of the Golf Operation.
  • Ensure that all monies are held in a proper manner, recorded and locked away in accordance with company standards.
  • Be responsible for checking floats at the beginning of the shift, and to ensure accurate till procedures are carried out.
  • Ensure all food and beverage charges are accurately recorded and signed for in compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure stock levels meet business requirements and products are neatly presented to the customer, proactively share stock requirements with those who order.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen space, toilets and seating areas at Half way House.

  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor.

  • A food hygiene qualification is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
  • A keen interest in Golf.
