Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SHE Manager to join our central SHE team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters across our London and East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and advise on standards of health, safety, and environment to ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
  • Ensure our sites are up-to-date with current legislation and group policy and procedures.
  • Develop and implement new and innovative ways of working to improve Health, Safety, and Environment performance.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff and supply chain on health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Respond to accidents and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring internal and statutory notifications are completed.
  • Promote and encourage excellent standards and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental management within our business.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Qualification (NEBOSH / Construction certificate)
  • CSCS Card
  • FASET, Confined Spaces, Scaffold Inspection, Fire Marshal (ideally)
  • IOSH affiliated member
  • Valid Driving licence
  • Maintaining good standards of HS&E on construction and housing projects.
  • Experience working on a wide range of construction methods and trades from groundwork's to internal fit-out and finishing trades.
