Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project finances across all projects, working closely with the team to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
* Oversee the financial management of projects in the surrounding areas, with a focus on the Residential sector.
* Collaborate with the team to identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Main Contracting, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
* Hold relevant qualifications, such as a Degree in Quantity Surveying.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
* Full UK Driving License.
