Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Financial Manager to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project finances across all projects, working closely with the rest of the team to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and relevant experience in the Residential sector. They will be expected to oversee the financial management of projects, including pricing and forecasting the cost of construction materials, tracking changes to the design and/or construction work, and selecting and/or sourcing construction materials.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for sourcing contractors and/or subcontractors, dealing with financial and legal problems, and liaising with clients and other construction professionals. They will be expected to work independently, managing their own time to meet deadlines.
